Dry, crisp, elegant German Riesling – hints of white pepper, cucumber, and lime leaf
Bentz Aldinger arrived in the town of Fellbach in 1492, and the Aldinger family have been working the land here ever since. Currently, three generations work together on the 29 ha estate, all sharing their commitment to low yields and exceptional quality dry wines.
Tasting Note: A crisp Riesling with fresh aromas of green apple, lime and and mirabelle plum. Aldinger's Rebhuhn Riesling has a fresh and animated acidity, with a mineralic finish.
Critics: 16/20 Jancis Robinson
