Classic Manzanilla from a top producer - The best apéritif in the world
Located in the 'Jerez Superior' the long established firm of Antonio Barbadillo farm just over 500 hectares of vines. They combine state of the art winemaking facilities with ancient barrel halls that store 35 million litres of maturing sherries. They are the largest producer of Manzanilla in Andalucia but their range covers all styles.
Between six and seven years old, from a solera of ten criaderas spread over five bodegas. A manzanilla with one of the longest ageing periods on the market. Its years under the velo de flor (a particular film of yeasts) afford this sherry a range of incredible characteristics. A classic Manzanilla, pretty much the standard Manzanilla in bars of Sanlúcar. Contains Sulphites.
Tasting Note: Fresh, dry with a salty tang. The best apéritif in the world.
