A Bonhomme, Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine, 'Fiefs de la Brie', Loire, France

Regular price £10.49

The perfect accompaniment to shell fish - a crisp, creamy-fresh Muscadet with aromas of cut grass, flowers and ripe apples.

Auguste Bonhomme's property in Nantes (the Atlantic end of the Loire), is home to this Muscadet. This is his finest cuvée, pale, lemony yellow in colour, crisp and minerally fresh, with that broad, slightly creamy character you only find in the finest 'sur lie' Muscadet (wine left to gain complexity on its yeast 'lees'). Contains Sulphites.

Tasting Note: Pair with oysters! Crisp, creamy-fresh Muscadet with aromas of cut grass, flowers and ripe apples.
