Family produced Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), full of life, with a nose of fragrant herbs, strawberry and hawthorn, with a touch of savoury bacon complexity
Bentz Aldinger arrived in the town of Fellbach in 1492, and the Aldinger family have been working the land here ever since. Currently, three generations work together on the 29 ha estate, all sharing their commitment to low yields and exceptional quality dry wines.
This gets its light pink hue from 40%-50% whole-bunch fermentation.
Tasting Note: Aldinger's Estate Spätburgunder has flavours of wood and berries, with herbal notes that create an elegant red wine. Its velvety tannin structure gives it a smooth finish.
