Weingut Bercher is a family owned and operated winery whose family crest dates back to 1457. Based in the Kaiserstuhl village of Burkheim, in the far south of Baden, the family have been making wine for over 10 generations on their 27 ha estate.
Fermentation and maturing in oak cask, from volcanic soils
Tasting Note: Herbaceous notes such as walnut and nettles. Subtle fruit, light cassis and good minerality.
