Top quality Rias Baixas, fresh aromas of citrus, green apple, stone and tropical fruits
Eido da Salgosa is an albariño varietal from O Rosal subzone. This area has an Atlantic climate but slightly better than the north area of Rías Baixas. It is better in terms of having less rain and higher temperatures during summertime. Soil type is alluvial plain instead of granitic soil we found up north. All this make O Rosal wines more round even though they show acidity and saltiness.
Tasting Note: Brilliant yellow straw, pretty, zippy nose. Lots of lime and apple.
Fresh aromas of citrus, green apple, stone and tropical fruits, perfect with salads and light lunches.
