Stavros Manolesakis with his father George Manolesakis started creating their own vineyards in 1989. The greek varieties Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Moschomavro, Limnio and Agiorgitiko come into the picture to accompany cosmopolitan varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah and traveling through time with the aroma and flavor of wine becomes magical.
Tasting Note: The combination of these two varieties gives bright yellow colour rich distinctive aromatic character, taste fresh and round and balanced acidity.
